We offer three qualities of buildings. These sheds are made to order and
therefore to your exact requirements.
The Seconds Range
The Standard Range
The Superior Heavy Duty Range
All seconds and standard sheds are constructed from 2"x1¼" framing.
Prices quoted include VAT, local delivery, erection and treatment. Roof covering
is green mineral felt. All windows are silicone sealed and the door is fitted
with a lock and key.
Seconds sheds are manufactured from timbers that are not suitable for our other
ranges. They may have a shake or twist, or have too many knots in the boards. We
put these timbers to one side and make items in our seconds range from these
boards. These sheds are subject to availability and have NO GUARANTEE.
The Standard sheds are manufactured from 16mm x 125mm tongue & groove boards
throughout. We never use particle board, unlike many other manufacturers.
All Superior Heavy Duty buildings are manufactured from 2"x2" framing at maximum 24" centres
with diagonal bracing, 16.7mm x 125mm quality tongue & groove boarding, fibre glass based,
heavy green mineral roofing felt that is bitumen
sealed on all laps. A damp proof course under
all floor joists and fully immersion treated in mid brown colour treatment.
We are happy to quote for any design or specification, and will discuss your
requirements and supply a drawing and price for your approval.Features might
include irregular shapes, double storeys, insulation and lining.
If you wish, we will visit without charge or obligation to inspect your site and
offer advice.

Shed base
A flat, level base is required for your building. We can
arrange a suitable concrete base if needed. Please ask
for details.
All sizes quoted are nominal before machining. All sizes are approximate.
Prices are
correct at the time of publication.

Timber is a natural product and is
subject to movement, splits and shakes due to weather.
It is advisable to check your household insurance covers
your shed/garage/summerhouse/etc.
